Minimum Qualifications

  1. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, human services, social work, psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or other related and applicable degree.
  2. Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  3. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  4. Experience in behavioral health field desirable.
  5. Completion of ICHAT check, National and State Sex Offender Registry Check, and Central Registry Check.
  6. Must possess knowledge and understanding of Recovery Oriented System of Care and Trauma Informed Services.

Essential Job Duties

  1. Services EAP accounts by creating strong partnerships with Human Resources liaisons, assessing organizational needs, conducting account meetings, creating and distributing promotional materials, writing reports and being proactive to help ensure strong EAP visibility and utilization.
  2. Provides account management services for assigned accounts including, but not limited to: management consultations, employee orientations, supervisory training, critical incident stress debriefing response, and renewal functions.
  3. Collaborate with CARE's marketing team to ensure promotional materials are current and reflect CARE's services offered.
  4. Consults with client representatives, and management to analyze specific problems and designs employee assistance programs and services.
  5. Drafts proposals to obtain new EAP business and try to expand revenue of current customer base. Prepare contracts, re-negotiating existing contracts, and creating new organizational strategies.
  6. Generates sales of CARE WorkLife Solutions services to new and former companies/municipalities, as well as retains current contracts through high quality service.  
  7. Develops and presents various professional development courses (diversity and inclusion, program orientations, effective communication, etc.) and training in employee assistance for employees in large or small group settings.
  8. Participates in workshops, benefit education meetings, wellness fair events and other sponsored events, programs, and conferences, either to promote or assist the client in general or to address specific employee assistance training needs.
  9. Provide organizational and management consultations, responding to performance and productivity concerns, as well as workplace trauma, crisis, and loss.
  10. Consult with HR professionals, managers and organizational leaders on employee job performance impacted by personal issues
  11. Analyzes program data to identify specific program needs, evaluates effectiveness, and designs program improvements.
  12. Maintains in-depth knowledge of customer's culture and climate. Respond to and problem solve client concerns.
  13. Maintain EAP policy and procedure manuals and train staff on an annual basis.
  14. Oversee all client-related customer service activities.
  15. Knowledgeable of national and local substance use and other job-related statistics and demonstrates the ability to apply current trends to service delivery.
  16. Perform other related duties as needed and/or required.
